- Thickness is approximate (about ±2–3 mm).
- No shabu-shabu or yakiniku thin slicing.

STORAGE NOTES
- All products are frozen
- All packs are vacuum packed
- Halal-handled (as labelled)
- Thawing: thaw in chiller (0–4 °C) overnight. Do not thaw on the counter.
- Freezer: keep freezer at ≤ −18 °C.
