1) WAGYU STEAK (±180g)

2) YAKINIKU (±150g)
- Best for: Grill pan, tabletop grill, and quick sear meals.

QUICK COOKING GUIDE
- Thaw: Thaw in the chiller before cooking.
- Wagyu Steak: Pat dry before cooking. Sear on a hot pan or grill until browned on the outside and cooked to your preferred doneness. Rest briefly before slicing.
- Yakiniku: Use a hot pan or grill. Cook in small batches and flip once. Do not overcrowd the pan.
- Tip: A5 Wagyu is rich, so smaller portions usually eat better throughout the meal.
