Our Products
How are your meat products delivered?
All our meat products are delivered frozen and vacuum packed. They are kept in a cold chain from our warehouse in Klang Valley to your doorstep so you can store them safely in your freezer when they arrive.
What are the advantages of buying frozen?
For home cooks, properly frozen meat is often better than “fresh” supermarket meat.
- Our beef and lamb are flash frozen and kept frozen, which helps lock in taste, texture and nutrients, and lowers the risk of contamination during transport.
- Supermarket “fresh” meat usually travels a long supply chain and can lose quality along the way before it reaches the shelves.
- Frozen packs are easier to portion, so you can defrost only what you need and reduce food waste.
For best quality, we recommend consuming our products within about 3 months of purchase if kept frozen in your home freezer.
Are your meats halal?
Yes. All our meats are 100% halal, with halal certification from our importers. We only source from halal-approved suppliers.
What is your Box of the Month?
Every month, we release a limited “Box of the Month” with interesting cuts that our team would love to introduce to you.
- The Box of the Month is available for pre-order about one week before the month starts.
- Delivery is fulfilled during the specified month only.
- If you order other items together with the Box of the Month, the whole order will be delivered together. If you wish to receive them at different times, please place separate orders.
Do you sell individual products?
We offer both:
- Curated variety boxes for best value and easier meal planning
- Selected individual cuts so you can top up your favourites
You can browse by category under “Our Products” in the main menu.
Can I eat frozen meat rare or medium rare?
Beef and lamb (whole steaks and chops)
Whole beef and lamb steaks that have been thawed safely in the chiller can be cooked rare or medium rare, as long as the outside of the meat is properly seared. Harmful bacteria are mainly on the surface of whole cuts, which is why the outside must be fully cooked.
For maximum food safety, official guidance recommends cooking steaks to at least 63°C and allowing a 3-minute rest, especially for higher-risk groups.
Minced meat and stuffed meats
Minced meat, burgers and any meat that is stuffed or made from smaller pieces should always be cooked all the way through until there is no pink in the centre.
Who should avoid undercooked meat?
Vulnerable people, including elderly people, babies and toddlers, pregnant women and people who are unwell, should avoid eating beef or lamb that is rare or pink.
Seafood
Our frozen seafood is not intended to be eaten raw and should always be cooked through thoroughly.
How do I thaw frozen meat safely?
Whole cuts (steaks, chops, roasts)
- Thaw in the chiller (bottom shelf of the fridge) for around 1–2 days before cooking.
- Do not thaw at room temperature.
- Do not soak frozen packs in water, as this encourages bacteria to grow and can contaminate the meat.
Minced meat
- Thaw in the chiller whenever possible.
- If using the microwave, cook the minced meat immediately after thawing.
Storage and refreezing
- For best quality, consume within about 3 months of purchase if kept frozen.
- Avoid refreezing meat once it has fully thawed. If you really need to refreeze, only refreeze meat that was thawed in the chiller, kept cold the whole time and has not been left at room temperature. Quality may be affected.
Do your boxes change?
Our core variety boxes are staple products in our store. On top of that, we launch a different Box of the Month so you can discover new cuts or seasonal items.
How are you different from other online grocers?
- We source directly from a major halal meat importer in Malaysia, without extra middlemen and extra markups.
- Products go from importer to our cold room to you, avoiding long supermarket shelf time.
- Everything is frozen, vacuum packed and delivered in a cold chain to your door across West Malaysia.
In short: quality first, at a fair price.
