QUICK COOKING GUIDE
- Thaw: Thaw in the chiller before cooking.
- Top Round Steak: Pat dry and cook on a hot pan or grill until browned on the outside and cooked to your preferred doneness. Rest briefly before slicing.
- Yakiniku: Use a hot pan or grill. Cook in small batches and flip once. Do not overcrowd the pan.
- Tip: A5 Wagyu is rich, so smaller portions usually eat better throughout the meal.
