Due to popular demand by home cooks on our incredibly versatile and high quality mince, we have decided to release our variety mince box! Mince is a versatile product that can be used in various western and asian dishes. Burger patties, asian stir fry, meatballs, pasta, lasagna, burrito fillings, pizza toppings, fried rice & noodle toppings, pie fillings etc... the possibility are endless!
Our BEEF MINCE is produced using Australian beef trimmings.
Our LAMB MINCE is produced using New Zealand lamb trimmings.
Our CHICKEN MINCE is produced using Thailand chicken breast.
