Chilean salmon is farmed in Chile and is known for its clean taste and buttery texture. It is naturally rich in protein and a source of omega-3s, as well as vitamins such as A, D, and B12.
Norwegian mackerel (also referred to as saba) is known for its vivid tiger stripes and is favoured worldwide for its firm, flavourful meat and high omega-3 content. It is also a source of Vitamin D, B12, protein, calcium, potassium and iron.
