WHAT YOU GET:

T-BONE gives you two favourites in one: a juicy strip steak on one side of the “T” and a delicate tenderloin on the other. It’s a classic on-the-bone steak with great sear potential and steakhouse character.
Cooking notes: Best for high-heat grilling or pan-sear + oven finish. Position the steak so the tenderloin side sits slightly farther from the hottest zone (it cooks faster than the strip). Go by temperature: serve whole cuts at 63 °C, then rest ≥3 minutes. Prefer medium-rare? Pull at ~57–58 °C and rest.
