Cooking note: Suitable for pan sear, grill, or reverse sear depending on your selected thickness. Thicker cuts are generally better for reverse sear or oven finish.

Storage notes: Delivered frozen and vacuum packed. For best texture, thaw in chiller (0–4 °C) overnight. Keep freezer at ≤ −18 °C for long-term storage.
