- Tenderloin Block (about 2.0 kg): usually around 8 to 12 steaks
- Striploin Half Block (about 2.5 kg): usually around 8 to 12 steaks
- Ribeye Block (about 3.0 kg): usually around 10 to 14 steaks
Actual piece count and weight per piece will vary depending on block shape, trimming, fat cover, and final cutting method. Cut pieces are not portion-controlled by exact weight, and end cuts may be smaller or less uniform than centre cuts.

Important notes:
- Thickness is approximate (about ±2 to 3 mm).
- No shabu-shabu or yakiniku thin slicing.
- Thicker cuts will produce fewer pieces per block.
- Weights and piece counts are approximate only.
- Cut pieces are not standardised by exact weight.
- End cuts may be smaller, larger, or less even than centre cuts.
- Approximate block weight may vary slightly from the stated guide weight.
Storage notes: Delivered frozen and vacuum packed. For best texture, thaw in the fridge (0 to 4 °C) overnight. Keep freezer at ≤ -18 °C for longer-term storage.
