Not Your Usual Mince
This is a high-fat A5 Wagyu trimming mince with approximately 85% fat and 15% meat. It is not regular minced beef or lean mince.

How to Use It
Use it in small amounts to add Wagyu richness to fried rice, noodles, sauces or stir-fry dishes.
It can also be mixed with other mince according to your recipe. Adjust the amount based on how much fat and richness the dish needs.
