What is Diamantina Pure Wagyu?
Pure Wagyu is the name of a Diamantina Australian beef range. Diamantina describes this range as produced using purebred Wagyu genetics and grain finishing.
The Pure Wagyu name identifies Diamantina's Australian product range. Choose the marbling grade that suits your preference.

Cooking, storage and delivery
- Thaw the steak in the chiller at 4°C or colder, on a tray and away from ready-to-eat foods. Never thaw on the countertop.
- Remove from the packaging, pat dry and season to taste.
- Cook in a preheated pan or on the grill. Use a food thermometer to check the internal temperature.
- As a conservative food-safety reference, cook whole beef steaks to 63°C and rest for at least 3 minutes. Timing and appearance alone are not reliable safety checks.
- Store frozen at approximately −18°C or colder. After delivery, place frozen trays promptly into your freezer.
- Delivery availability and timing depend on your address and route; check applicable options during ordering.

Every complete group of five receives 10% off. Six trays cost RM654.50: the first five are RM535.50 and the extra tray is RM119. Ten trays cost RM1,071.00 before delivery and any additional eligible offers.
