Our LAMB CHOPS are sliced from the lamb square cut shoulder containing arm, blade, and rib bones. Marinade it before pan frying or baking in the oven for a hassle free meal.
Our LAMB CUBES are also sliced from lamb square cut shoulder. Use it in a slow cooking stew recipe (or speed it up with a pressure cooker - 20 mins high pressure with natural release) such as lamb rendang, moroccon lamb stew or lamb curry. Note: lamb square cut shoulder contains bones.
Our LAMB MINCE is a versatile product and a good substitute for beef mince. Make lamb burger patties, lamb murtabak or lamb pasta!
