Quick Cooking Guide
- Thaw slowly in the chiller before cooking.
- Pat the meat dry where suitable before placing it on a hot pan or grill.
- Cook Yakiniku and Shabu in small batches.
- Turn Skewers and Wagyu Dice as they cook so the surfaces brown evenly.
- A5 Wagyu is rich, so smaller portions usually work well for sharing.
